The Information System Of DAQING Construction Project Design Estimate Budget Approve Management

Big change of the industry of construction is caused by the information revolution. In China, the construction administration departments all over the country think much of the construction and management of the construction project cost. But because the level of information on the construction project cost and business management is not so high. In order to realize the information and scenic of the construction project cost management and business management, the information industry department in DaQing Oil Company has made a research on development of information system of construction project cost management and analyses, which is the origin of this thesis.This paper is the introduction of information system of construction project design cost managemnet. The information system of construction project cost management and analyses based on Web includes three subsystems, which are construction project plan management, project supervision management of bid and analyses for construction project cost, and application of construction project. The business requiremnets based on the construction project busiess from DAQING oil company cost management centre and construction company, and resolve the problem of construciton project cost management share. this thesis adopts the combinative method of prototyping and structured life cycle to develop and study on the information system. First, it integrally plans and lays out by adopted structured method. Then, it analyses the mode and content of construction supervision, and the flow of construction business, gives the prototyping system of them. This software adopted three tiers architecture of application,use weblogic as application server and SQLServer as database server, based on brower/sever architecture, user can use internet or intranet to access database. Then it considers the requirement and function demand of the users, establishes a scientific flow. And then, it designs the integral structure of the system by adopted system structure based on Web, designs the network structure by adopted three layer B/S distributing system. Finally, it gives the technical implement of the build of the integral network system, and displays the windows of the main function of the system.This thesis is adopt business model theory, business process reform method, information technology based on Web, through business architecture pattern rapidly and effectively implemented this system, provided effectively signification for others research on construction information systems.
