The Design Of Yield-Monitoring Data Storage Module Base On USB Interface

As a portion of Precision Farming System,Yield Monitor System's function is collecting various data of the field units,storing and transfering data to general computer by its Data Storage ModulcAfter analysing advantage and disadvantage of some applying products,a project using USB Flash disk to storing and transfering data is promoted.The USB basic character and common USB device protocol which is necessary for embedded USB host system developing is introduced detailed.The USB Mass Storage Class Bulk-Only Transport Specification and FAT file system is analysised particularly.Then the interface circuit and parallel data transfering mode is studied,so realized,from bottom to up, HCD (Host Controller Driver),USBD(USB Driver),Mass Storage Class driver and file system driver.At last a micro control system is constituted to test the functions of the whole system. The testing data is then analyzed and some result is displayed.
