The Research And Realization Of The Quality Management Information System Based On ASP

With the development of economic globalization, the competition among the enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The survival and development of an enterprise greatly depends on its quality management. In the 21st century, quality management is facing serious challenge and infinite opportunities. One eternal topic of the modern manufacturing is how to combine the three - quality science, network techniques of modern information technology, and advanced management concepts, for the establishment of quality management and control system, to promote the quality of products. The work in this thesis is a part of the coordination design of supporting products' lifecycle, the study of manufacture system and its application for electrical appliance manufacturing, which is a key research project of manufacturing information industry for "the Five Ten-years Plan" in Zhejiang province. Based on the foundamental principles of quality management, the thesis is focused on the connotation, functions and properties of quality system, introducing the quality system model Based on ASP. Relying on the model, the information alternation with other systems is realized and seamless integration with other system can be accomplished. Furthermore, a solution of quality management system for enterprises based on Web is proposed, which focuses on the system structure, design of database, realization of technology, function model, and safety strategy. A matching system - quality information management system is also developed, which is constituted with management subsystem, quality statistics analysis subsystem, computation management subsystem, experimentation checkout management subsystem, quality system management subsystem, etc. The requested quality information can be acquired at any time by using this system, and the daily quality information can be processed on the Web, and the quality data can be classified on the Web. Multifold report forms and statistic diagrams can be generated and the control diagram required for working procedure can be produced. The research project has been checked and accepted by the expert group by now.
