Research On Quality Management And Control For Radio And Television Project Based On The Life Cycle

In 2008,Jiangsu Cable completed the integration of radio and television network resources in the whole province.With the formal start of the work of “three networks integration”,JSCN is also exploring the introduction of modern radio and television project management model into enterprise project construction,this research is based on this background.The research is based on the actual situation of the wave division project,the application of project quality management and control in wave division projects is studied,so as to optimize the project process,reduce the project cost and improve the project revenue.Firstly,introduced life cycle theory of the project,the basic concepts of project quality management and three quality management methods,Pareto diagram method,three-stage control method and causal diagram method;Then it studies the quality management and control in the four stages of the whole life cycle of radio and television project: start,plan,implement and end,including the characteristics of radio and television project,principles and contents of quality control,quality requirement identification,quality objectives and resources,implementing quality control in the "Front,Middle and Post" stage,quality control during acceptance and operation and so on.Finally,according to life cycle theory of the project,the construction of quality control system for JSCN wave division project is researched,including setting quality objectives and quality control basis for the project,put forward some quality assurance measures,such as establishing management organization structure,doing well project quality supervision and formulating construction quality standards,before and during project implementation,such as quality control of staffing,project materials,construction methods,site management,hardware implementation,key points of software survey and construction quality inspection,and quality improvement measures are put forward.After testing the network quality of the wave division project,the final part is the acceptance of the project and the follow-up operation and maintenance work.
