| In order to meet the requirement of electric locomotive servicing, the paper proposed distance centralized control of closing and opening of disconnecting switch , and working on the top of locomotive by means of computer animated cartoon technology .The project also adopted such technologies as follows: infrared ray detecting, computer network communication, and PLC programmable logical control, IC working management, mechanical interlocking etc. for the man-machine control of the servicing process. All the trains on the servicing track line, position of disconnecting switch, numbers of workers, and electrical network ground can be shown on the computer. There are also regular controlled path and lifting platform to carrying repairman.
