An Application Of Speech Sounds Process Technology In The System Of Telephone Recording And Demand

Speech process technology, which is a major technology in the field of computrrized Chinese information, is to transfer phonetic signal into digital signal, and then decode the digitalized signal into phonetic signal. It is a combination of tele-corn and computer science, which has been applied in tele-query system and the tele-recording system.The system we have developed is a combination of the mentioned inquiry and recording systems. Through investigation, we find the following problems to solved1 The developed systems are mostly mono-functioned ones. They can not perform recording, playing,inquiring,sortingand forming at the same time. Our solution is to use more time-setter, each assignment is given a respective span,therefore, tasks can be performed on more systems at the same time, in this way, efficency is greatly raised.2 Some system fail to function well during operation, which is caused by the improper procedure between receiving and recording of the multi-circuit. Examining each circuit at each second in a cycle way is satisfactory. This,however, may rouse another problem-time difference, for a proper solution, path-management is adopted.3 Data security.
