The Research And Design Of The Tele-medicion System Based On The TD-LTE

With the development of people's income,the enhance of selt-health consciousness,the need of medical resources is increasing.Telemedicine is a developing application of clinical medicine where information is transferred by the multi-media communication technology.Telemedicine is mainly used in areas of medical and public health database retrival,telemedicine,tele-examination,romote monitoring,romote learning and romote management of the iatrical incidents.Through the telemedicine system,the patient can participate in the consultations and treatments in the local communities and rural hospitals,the patients in different areas can receive medical consultation services of different doctors so as to reduce medical costs.Therefore,the design of telemedicine has very high practical significance and value.Based on the above background,this paper studies the research status at home and abroad,through the study and research of the fourth generation mobile communication standard TD-LTE technology of our country,discusses the design principles of remote medical system,the overall framework of remote medical service platform,gives the remote consultation business systems,remote medical training service system and the structure of medical sensor real-time monitoring system design,realizes the analysis and design of remote medical system based on the mobile network through the application of TD-LTE thchnology.This paper gives the analysis of requirements of users from the perspective of patient,medical staff,administrator;the functional requirements from the perspective of patients and medical workers;the performance requirements and network demands based on TD-LTE networks.This article discusses system frequency network design,system capacity design,and network bandwidth of medical specialized core network EPC,and gives design and simulation implementation of EPC.Remote consultation system is an important part of telemedicine system,its function module includes logining,user management,remote consultation,expert query,expenses query.This paper design the realization flow chart and specific interface of function modules.The system has good scalability and openness in the design and provides an robust,intefrated application platform for large-scale development and operation of hospital,benefit the people.
