The Design & Implementation Of Smart Paging Information System

The dissertation mainly studies the smart paging information system, which can provide the paging information services by using the current paging technologies, and design and implement the smart paging module and the smart television pager. At first, a brief survey of smart paging information system is presented, and its network structure, key technologies and the integration between the paging system and Internet are introduced. The dissertation next describes the design and implementation of the smart paging module, a platform for paging data access. With the POCSAG protocol, the performances of smart paging module and SMS receiver are analyzed and compared. Based on the smart pager, the smart television pager is implemented, and the application can output its paging information to the screen of TV. The dissertation then presents the software design on the smart paging information broadcast system , which includes the SQL server database, the database application programs and the interface between them. At last, the number of users afforded in one channel is computed, and the performance of the system is analyzed.
