Children's behaviors often deviate from teachers'expectation because of cognitive, emotional and physiological reasons. Teachers'educational behaviors have a profound impact on children's cognitive behavior, social development, especially self-concept development and the formation of personality. Teachers'educational behaviors in appropriate manners play an active role in mental health of children. The educational behaviors of different gender teachers have a certain tendency and stability, which showing gender characteristics obviously. In a gender perspective, This study examine the behaviors of teachers'education and strive to tap the differences between male and female teachers in children's educational behaviors. Teachers could learn from each other. This paper studies teachers'educational behaviors in the perspective of gender, and try to find the differences in educational behaviors to anomie children between male teachers and female teachers.This study mainly used a qualitative research methods, complemented by volume of research methods. Selected four male teachers and four female teachers'educational behaviors to anomie children as objects. Data which collected by non-participatory observation, formal interviews and informal interviews is analyzed from the distribution of behavior types and manners, different backgrounds and different subjects. Compared the results of different gender we found that:the frequency of negligence behaviors made by male teachers is more than female teachers. The frequency of intervention behaviors made by female teachers is more than male teachers. It also shows the differences between male teachers and female teachers in different anomie backgrounds and different subjects. The investigation indicates that male teachers'behaviors are more democratic, while the educational behaviors of female teachers are full of dominance; male teachers'educational behaviors are decisively, while the female teachers often make unclear instructions; male teachers'behaviors are negligent sometimes,"while female teachers'behaviors are responsible and patient; male teachers like to restrain emotional expressions, while female teachers are good at emotional consolation.To aim at teachers'educational behaviors of different gender, the author puts forward some suggestions:Male teachers should treat anomie children carefully and patiently, furthermore, they should strengthen the emotional communication with anomie children. Female teachers should foster a child-based education concept; treat the children equally; adopt the expressions of "I feel..." instead of "you should..."; solve the anomie reasons, rather than dealing with the symptoms.
