Anomie problems among migrant children have attracted wide attention because of its severity and universality. By discovering these problems early with appropriate counseling and intervention has great significance for promoting the healthy growth of migrant children.The study were surveyed in one of Shihezi’s middle schools named S, using qualitative research method just like observation, interviews and text to gather first-hand information. It was based on social control theory, labeling theory and general tension theory to explain where the anomie behavior came from and why it happened. In this study, the plight of migrant children in the family and school field had been discussed with further analysis of the reason why their anomie behavior happened.The result showed that there were a variety of formal and informal codes of conduct which constrained the daily behavior of junior high school students in their school life and the basic standard to identify misconducts; in the family and school field, migrant children would be subjected to a variety of difficulties, including the bad family atmosphere, high expectation from parents, too little accompany of parents,the authoritarian parenting style and the lack of parental emotion in the family field.While in the school field, low learning motivation, teachers’ anomie behaviors, poor peer relationships and bad peer influence are the main reasons to cause migrant children ’s misconducts.Finally, some suggestions were given to prevent migrant children’s misconducts,which included creating a good family environment, improving parenting style, no labeling, improving teachers’ quality, reforming the teaching content and showing solicitude for socially disadvantaged students.
