I held an investigation research questionnaire to study the phenomena of the teachers' professional morality. The interviewee is the teacher in primary and secondary school from HeBei province. As a result of the 776 valid questionnaire, in general, the level of teachers' professional moral anomie is not high. However, there exist a few differences with different backgrounds. Firstly, from primary, secondary to high school the behavior of teachers' professional moral anomie is universal. However, there are differences among them, and what's more which is showing a trend of increase . Secondly, in general differences in anomie between the key school and ordinary school are not apparent. But in the ordinary school the universal degree of behavior of teachers' anomie in teaching by law is higher than that in main School. In contrast in the ordinary school the universal degree of behavior of teachers' anomie in these aspects such as cooperation, respecting for parents and refusing bribe is lower than that in main school. Thirdly, in general, the differences among these teachers from big cities, towns and villages are apparent and what's more in cities being higher than in villages., but differences in loving students is not obvious. The anomie in teaching by law is more serious in villages than that in towns. But in setting an example as a teacher, the professional anomie pervades more in villages and towns than that in cities. The researcher analyzes and studies the reasons of the results above.
