Living in the economy is playing an increasingly important role of professional women's physical and mental health is not simply an individual health problem is related to the national quality and social progress of a strategic problem.Taking into account the status and state of mind at or take part in sports training insist study, found that there was no energy, mood disorders are not to participate or withdraw from an important reason for sports training. This article will examine the state of the object's state of mind into the study.
