has undergone enormous changes.TV and online games popular,convenient transportation,unreasonable diet,daily physical activity and long-term lack of exercise,the reduction of human metabolism,resulting in the overweight and obesity of our young people has become increasingly prominent,so China's rapid economic growth and Urbanization is one of the most important factors of obesity.There are many studies have shown that aerobic exercise on weight loss has a good effect,but this approach is generally more suitable for self-control and perseverance of the crowd.The characteristics of physical and mental development of young people prefer the fun and changing sports,basketball is a favorite sport by young people,as a sport skills to attract more young people to participate,so the basketball as obesity,adolescent weight loss Body,body composition and physical quality of adolescents,especially basketball is of special significance to improve the physical coordination and sensitive quality of obese adolescents.Methods: To study the effect of basketball on physical fitness and physical fitness of obese adolescents.This study was conducted to study the effects of basketball training on obesity boys' body shape,body composition and physical fitness,and to study the effect of basketball training intervention on weight loss of obese adolescents,and to provide a suitable model for obese adolescents.Young people's physical and mental development,attractive to young people as a movement.Obese youth through exercise to lose weight at the same time be able to master a motor skills to promote better growth and development of young people to promote the development of their health for the scientific weight loss exercise basketball to provide some theoretical guidance to help obese adolescents to lose weight for the future Of the healthy life to lay a firm foundation.In this paper,60 young men aged 10-14 participated in the Yicheng training camp,including 45 obese male adolescents,were divided into 3 groups according to the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.The first group 15 The second group of 15 obese men and adolescents with aerobic exercise as the main exercise intervention to lose weight,referred to as aerobic group;the third group of15 obese children with obesity in the training group,The other fifteen normal-weightboys were the fourth group and did not take any exercise intervention as the normal control group,or the normal group as the control group.Mainly on the experimental subjects for 9 weeks 3 times a week intervention experiment,by 4 groups of 2 test data of the comparative analysis,observation of exercise on obese boys body shape,body composition and physical quality of the impact,through the basketball group and the Oxygen group,to study the effects of different exercise modes on body shape,body composition and physical quality of obese adolescents.Research indicates:First,the physical aspects: after exercise intervention,aerobic group and basketball group weight,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,arm circumference and thigh around the body circumference before and after comparison,the difference was significant(p <0.01).Body composition: There was significant difference(P <0.01)in BMI,body fat%and fat-free body weight between the aerobic group and the basketball group before and after exercise intervention.There was no significant difference in basal metabolic rate(p> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the obese control group and the basketball training group.There was significant difference(P <0.05)between BMI and body fat after intervention.Third,the physical aspects: obese young people to participate in physical exercise before physical activity,physical coordination,flexibility and flexibility is poor.Obviously in terms of the quality of far behind the normal weight of the students,through the experimental results can be found before exercise intervention,the normal group of the quality is higher than the obese group,aerobic group and basketball group.After intervention,the aerobic group and the basketball group of the quality has been greatly improved,although still behind the normal group,but the difference is not so significant.Research indicates:The aerobic group had the advantage of reducing body weight and body circumference of obese adolescents.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p> 0.05).Basketball group had an advantage in reducing thigh circumference compared with aerobic group,but the comparison between groups Showed no significant difference(p> 0.05).In the aerobic group,BMI and fat-free body weight were significantly lower than those in the basketball group.The body fat percentage and the basal metabolic rate of the basketball group were better than that of the aerobic group,indicating that the fat-free weight was greater than the fatcontent,While the basketball group and then reduce the weight of the process,the fat content is greater than fat-free weight.There was significant difference between the aerobic group and the basketball group(p <0.05),indicating that the basketball team had more advantages than the aerobic group in developing the coordination and quality.There was significant difference between the aerobic group and basketball group in standing long jump(p <0.05),which indicated that basketball training had the advantage in developing obese students' lower limb strength.Aerobic group in the endurance is better than the basketball group,aerobic training in the development of endurance than in basketball training to be strong.
