This paper investigated undergraduates'Evaluation Capacity of Using Network Information on the basis of the development of undergraduate's Evaluation Capacity of Using Network Information", by a case study----- the status quo of Evaluation Capacity of Using Network Information of undergraduates in Jiangxi Normal University. In addition, the thesis explored the concept and methods which improve undergraduates'Evaluation Capacity of Using Network Information from the perspective of creating instructional models.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction. This part briefly described the background knowledge of the current study, put forward the research topic, discussed the purposes and significance of the thesis, and introduced the relevant methodologies.Chapter 2: Some theoretical basis of this study and related concepts'definition were put forward in this chapter. This part introduced the theory of Self-Regulated Learning, life-long learning theory and Connectivism learning theory. The concept of evaluation of network information\ evaluation and evaluating ability was also defined.Chapter 3: Theoretical assumptions and Network Information Evaluation System Model Construction were introduced in this chapter. A set of network information model framework for the evaluation index was built through literature research,Chapter 4 : A case study : Students Network Information Assessment Survey was introduced here. The status quo of undergraduates'Evaluation Capacity of Using Network Information was investigated through questionnaires, interviews and other methods. Their degree of attention to the various indicators of network information on evaluation and reason and the cause were analyzed in this chapter.Chapter 5: Conclusions of the case study and implications were presented in this chapter.On the basis of the case studies, some new concepts and methods to improve student's capacity of network information evaluation were discussed form the perspective of innovative teaching model in this chapter. Some strategies and ideas which change students'learning style were also proposed here and proposed changes in the way students learn strategies and ideas.
