Research On Student-Learning Evaluation Under Network Environment

With the abroad development of network education, the quality problem is more and more concerned. People realize that education quality is the key to the sustainable development of network education, and a well quality is the core competence for the network school's expansion. As the quality constructing basic platform, quality assurance system is the key point to enhance the quality of network education.Learning evaluation is an effective method of guaranteeing online-learning quality and it plays key role in the network-education evaluation system. Now, people take more attention to the evaluation research on network transmitting system and network teaching plan, yet there is less on student's learning, which, especially, related to the learning process. While learning evaluation is very important on improving student's learning quality and ensuring the whole quality of network education.Learning evaluation of network education is the focus of this paper, it designs and establishes the evaluation index system of online learning. And then, on the basis of analyzing the evaluation method, which has been used in face-to-face education for many years, the paper points out that not all the traditional method can be adapted to the learning evaluation under network environment and researchs the feasibility of using the method of fuzzy synthetical evaluation in online learning evaluation. According to the method of fuzzy synthetical evaluation, this paper establishes the mathematical model of student's online learning evaluation and describes its arithmetic flow.
