With the establishment and development of socialist market economy in China, the society presents a multiplex demand for talents. Therefore the higher education must carry on the profound reform to adapt the transformation. The Credit System is an important measure of teaching reform taken by numerous vocational colleges for the adaptation of knowledge and economy reform and society reform. However, many colleges get into situations that the theory is not clear and the difficulty is great in the process of implementing the Credit System. Moreover, the management system and the corresponding necessary measurements are limited. Yet, most of the colleges just bring in the Credit Calculation System on the basis of Academic-year System without deep understanding of the Complete Credit System. Therefore there is a long way to go for the colleges the Credit System reforming. Generally speaking, the Credit System is not the teaching management system that first exists in our country thus teaching conception in education is not quite advanced, which leads to a situation that the teaching pattern appears obsolete, the curriculum structure is not easy to deal with, the new curriculum system is not yet improved to be perfect, and the appraisal mechanism needs reforming. This thesis aims at the existing problems in the process of Credit System implementation with the current reform situation in which the vocational colleges raise talents, and explores how the vocational colleges implement the Complete Credit System with the guide of Multiple Intelligence. The thesis is of theory meaning and practice meaning to a certain extent.The thesis analyzes the development of the Credit System in China and in foreign countries and clarifies the characteristics of the Credit System with the comparison of the Credit System and the Academic-year System. Based on this the thesis elaborates the cause and the effect of the Credit System and explains the general condition of the Credit System in China. Furthermore through the literature consulting and the situation analyzing of the Credit System implementation in some colleges and universities the thesis reveals the current implementing condition of the Credit System in our country and analyzes the restricted causes that affect the implementing of the Credit System. The thesis also demonstrates the necessity and the feasibility of the implementation of the Complete Credit System in vocational colleges combined with the demand of the comprehensive innovative talents in the society and trend of the teaching reform in many vocational colleges. The Credit System aims at the multiple intelligence theory and focuses on the new pattern of talents training in vocational colleges and draws on the experiences of achievements of the Credit System reform in and out of the country. Based on this the Complete Credit System takes form through the multiple intelligence theory. Finally, the thesis explores separately the implementation of the Complete Credit System from four aspects: the teaching management, the curricula system, the education appraisal system and the students' employment; it also fully elaborates the significant position of the Complete Credit System in vocational colleges and proposes corresponding ensuring measures and implementation strategies.
