The Study On Rational Training Mode For Undergraduate Students With The Complete Credit System

After 13 years transition period of personnel training mode for undergraduate, Soochow University began to carry out the complete credit system in 2008. It explored a wide range of professional education on the basis of general education to adapt to the students' individual needs. However, with the first complete credit students entering to the higher stages, more and more criticisms about the complete credit system appeared. Therefore, it is time for us to take measures. Complete credit system for undergraduate talents training is a long process which gradually goes to perfect. After consulting the material, taking questionnaire and doing practices, I find out the fact that complete credit system for undergraduate talents training was still in the early stage. This paper aims to analysis the complete credit system for undergraduate talents training of Soochow University, investigate the status of the mode, and take measures to deal with the unreasonable elements. We hope this paper can give some suggestions to the complete credit system for undergraduate talents training and make it deepen further.
