Recent years, various research on floating population and peasant labors'city life are already as numerous as the hairs of an ox. The social exclusion, the social distance, the society inclusion and so on are the high frequency words. After analyzing the existing documents on the rug type, the author wants to develop a unique style that the predecessors not see. Take the specific region like a integrate place as an inspection of their living condition is an individual way. Such as Wang Han-sheng and Xiang biao's research on"Zhejiang Village"in Beijing and Liu Meng-qin's research on"Shipai area"in Guangzhou. The Lotus Community this research select is a floating population community with bright historical characteristic. It is a resettlement area of farmers who removed from their original living area. Besides, it was formed by mobilization, located at the suburb, developed with convenient transportation, complete facilities, and has its own system. Happen to coincide, the floating population takes it as the first choice living in city after measuring the humanities, the position environment and the living expenses. After becoming the main body of some similar community, these people are no longer the neglect individual drift away. They play a principal part in community's construction, development and pace. This research proceeds from these people's psychological dependence and the social intercourse relations, describes the individual and entire group of floating population's unique life attitude and the social relation conditions that distinct from the inhabitant, in order to outline their psychology and social life embodiment. Make good serves for the floating population is an important link of constructing harmonious community and harmonious new countryside. This research is the first step of the process.
