Since the mid 1980's of China,large numbers of extra laborers in rural have moved to cities, it is also a nation's economic growth and modernization process can not be avoided. Over the years, the city has formed a large group that the rural floating population can not be ignored, in which a large proportion of women, more specificity on their identity. The course of their moving that is not just a process from rural to urban areas, but at the same time a process that to act from the values and gradually change the way the process of include into society. Therefore, the floating population of rural women how to include into urban life is not only the mobile population of the core issues, but also related to China's urbanization and modernization of the important issues.At present, there are more social inclusion of research on the floating population of rural women in china, but only concentrated in the macro on the current situation and countermeasures. Therefore,the author conducted a social study perspective in resocialization, and explore the floating population of rural women in the process of the city into different aspects l. The author use economic, social, cultural and psychological aspects as the three dimensions,select jinan for the investigation, the use of questionnaires and interviews to collect data and conducte in-depth study and microscopic analysis on social inclusion of the floating population of rural women.The results showed that the majority of rural women can maintain a basic standard of living, living in urban areas and the urban cultural identity is high. But their income does not meet their development needs and to be rejected by the city social and culture circle, and there are some psychological barriers. It should be said, the floating population of rural women have a contradiction of their own state of mind, on the one hand they are eager to include the city, and hope having the same status asurban women; the other hand, the reality of rural women in lower classes, the difficulties and concerns let them worry in real life. In the professional commissioning process, the rural female to pass blind period, adjustment process, reasonable period and period of rise to gradually increase the completion of several stages of adaptation, include into the economic aspects ;in social relations, and the depth of interaction between urban people on the grounds that the best way to integrate into the social circle; cultural adaptation can be roughly divided into three phases, the first and second phase of yearning and learning comparing urban culture is surface and very easy to implement, while the third phase of the internalization of values related to such issues in depth, complete it that is truly a sign of cultural and psychological inclusion.Floating population of rural women include into urban society is in fact their as a reference to the urban life, to change their behavior and then the dynamic process of resocialization. But hampered by various factors, and then the process of resocialization can not be successfully completed, the formation of edge-type "peri-urbanization"state.The social inclusion of rural female presents a more complex relationship, not as from the economic, social, psychological and cultural turn to the progressive process. They are alphabetical order in time, increasing in difficulty, logically inseparable. It should also be noted that the reason why floating population of rural women can not be the ideal mode of inclusion into the urban social life, because the existence of a number of hindering factors. The household registration system affect their identity; the lack of rights so that they lose their resources; their psychological problems affect their social inclusion subjectively.
