Research On The Action Of Community Education To Prevent Delinquency

In recent years, with the development of society, delinquency demonstrate some characteristics, crime quantity is larger, subject of crime become younger, crime type is pluralism, crime tricks is violence, crime form become clique, because of the constant change in such factors as social environment, family's environment, school environment, etc. The question has already caused the extensive concern of the society. In 2004, with formulation and issue that " the State Council of Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is about strengthening and improving several suggestions of minor's construction of morals and thought further ", It has already become the hot topic of the various circles in society that how to strengthen teenagers' ideological and political education to reduce delinquency.The community is regarded as the social place most besides school to teenagers , most of their activities like renewal of knowledge, amusement and leisure, study of social activity and exercises healthily are majority finished among community . Rough statistics, the teenagers at school live in the community on vacation for more than 160 days one year, It is still the 1/3 time of one year is spent in the community. In addition the teenagers present are only-child basically, their parents work busier mostly, so it become an important component of community's educational work to educate them to fortunately arrange the time beyond the school rationally, lead them to launch various kinds of healthy and helpful after-school activities, improve them ideological and ethical standards.This text starts with the reason for analyzing delinquency, on the basis of describing to the current situation which the Chinese community education, It pointed out the meaning and function of the community education to prevent delinquency, in view of existing situation in preventing delinquency to the Chinese community, have put forward the concrete method of preventing delinquency of community's educational function of strengthening.
