Available for the social security aspects of the study are focused on two aspects : First, the system itself and the rules of rationality explored, and the other is concerned about the results and the implementation of the system encountered practical problems. While different interest orientations, but, overall, are more focused on the system level, involving fewer system of the target groups their participation in the system, there is a little more analytical way : from the system and trust the reality of the relationship between theoretical perspective, to explain the system of target groups in the system. As their parents, the peasant farmer workers children are new vulnerable groups, and their compulsory education, the future development and thus may bring uncertainties to the future of society, etc., started by the community of scholars concern. This article from the perspective of social exclusion for children entering the education of the farmers, mainly to discuss the issue of compulsory education.According to the literature and Dalian governor, Chinese mountains, Shahe mouth area, face and Zone 5 area cities peasant workers and their children's education situation in-depth interviews showed that the current Dalian peasant workers children education primarily five aspects : First, public schools resource constraints, school difficulties; Second, tuition, Jiedufei high, lead to high drop-out rates;3, children affected by social discrimination peasant workers, psychological marginalization;4, the children of peasants schools play an imperfect role;5, parents and educational philosophy behind the concept, a stumbling block to their children.
