Research On Floating And Sinking Record Of 4-5 Years Children Based On Children's Perspectives

In recent years,kindergarten has begun to value the science development for children.That's why kindergarten's record has started to develop.This study tried to understand the record from children's perspectives,to understand them in their side.In this study,the author chose observational method,situational experiment method,interview method and product analysis method to research 97 children of4-5years from three kindergartens in Chengdu.Children's opinions were as follows: first,most children thought that the record task was to make a mark,some children regarded it as a funny game,a few children who showed that they couldn't draw or make a record.Second,children liked symbols such as drawing shapes,using tick and cross,painting,connecting and use a few numbers,lines or points.Thirdly,children liked to choose the record sheet based on the style,shape,space and ease of it.Four,children thought that record could make them happy and get progress.The study showed that children's records have had the following characteristics:diversified,unified,procedural and consequential.They also did not like white paper,considering it was too difficult.The sheet 1 and 3 can provide more support.The significance and value of the record were as follows: Children would learn the world effectively;It would provide expressing space for children;It would provide cheerful experience.It was recommended to record education: to respect the records of young children,to give children the right to make records,to set up records that meet the needs of children,to encourage children to create records independently,to give more supportive record sheet to children and to give them a pleasant emotional experience.Besides,teachers should be listeners to hear children's real opinions.
