Clinical Observation Of Combination Of Qi Yin Particles And Ozone Therapy In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Traditional Chinese herb Medicine Qi Yin particles (QYP) conbing with Ozone therapy(O3) to Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) which belongs to gan yu pi xu by TCM Bianzheng. To evaluate the validity of QYP in treating NASH. Methods:The qualified test-acceptors and inpatients were divided into two groups: the control group and the trentment group. The control group took QYP. The trentment group took QYP conbing with O3. Results:1.The total efficient of trentment group is 92.59%,of the control group is 83.87%. There is no significant difference on the total efficient(P>0.05). 2.After three months treatment,both groups can improve ALT,AST,TC,TG,BMI,the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises,the liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic (P<0.05). 3.There is significant difference on improving the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises,reducing serum transaminase (ALT,AST) reducing BMI between the two groups(P<0.05).There is no significant difference on improving the liver reflecting by B type ultrasonic,reducing blood lipid (TC,TG) between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:By three months treatment,the clinical effect of QYP combining with O3 is superior to QYP in improving the total integral calculus of symptoms and advertises,reducing serum transaminase (ALT,AST),reducing BMI is superior to QYP. It has been certified an effective method by clinical experiment. It deserves the clinical expansion.
