| Objective:According to observe the effect of treating migraine which blongs the type of blood stasis headache in TCM. with danshen injection and Ligustrazine injection, Observe the effect of danshen injection which can stimulate blood circulation, activating meridians to stop pain in treating migraine. Explore the necessity of Syndrome Differentiation in choose TCM injections to treat with migrain which blongs to the type of blood stasis headache in TCM. Method:patients were selected from January 2009 to January 2010 in Hubei Traditional Chinese medicine hospital out-patient clinic and in-patient department Separate them randomly, parallel-controlled into two groups, which blongs to danshen injection and Ligustrazine injection, each group owes 30 patients. followed by serial administration of continuous medication for 15 days for a treatment, make the efficacy evaluation after the end of the treatment. Treatment:The drugs of treatment group are Danshen injection30ml+5% GS250ml intravenous infusion once a day for 15 days medication. The drugs of control group, Ligustrazin150mg+5% GS250ml intravenous infusion once a day for 15 days medication. Stop using other drugs during the treating. T stop using drugs which can relive pain pain in two groups.2. Security test items:Doing a laboratory examination to routine blood test, urine routine, stool, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram on the first day of the first visit and 15 days later, as a security index to determine the Danshen injection is safe enough or not.3. Observate the clinical efficacy of a migraine headache points, Chinese medicine symptom score, in frist day of diagnosis and 1st,7th,15th days of treating with drugs and then do statistical analysis, compare Danshen Injection with Ligustrazin Injection in the clinical efficacy of treating migraine which blongs to blood stasis headache in TCM.Results:1. The analysis and judgement of clinical efficacy on treatment of migraine.Treatment group after treatment the number of clinical cure 5, the number of cases markedly effective 16, effective size 9, invalid cases 0, the total effective rate was 100%; control group, the number of cases of clinical cure 4, the number of cases markedly effective 16, effective size 6, invalid cases 4, the total effective rate to 86.67%. The statistic testing, treatment and control groups may rel ive the cl inical symptoms of migraine (which blongs to blood stasis headache in TCM) efficacy, efficacy of the two groups showed significant difference(p<0.05). It should that Danshen Injection on the clinical symptoms of migraine(which blongs to blood stasis headache in TCM) is efficient.2 Analysis of TCM symptom efficacy evaluationTreatment group after treatment the number of clinical cure 4, the number of cases markedly effective 17, effective size 9, invalid cases 0, the total effective rate was 100%; control group, the number of cases of clinical cure 4, the number of cases markedly effective 14, effective size 7, invalid cases 5, the total effective rate to 83.3%. The statistic testing, treatment and control groups may relive the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, two sets of test make significant differences (p<0.05). It showed that Danshen injection is efficient in relive TCM symptoms. 3 Security Detection:After safety testing, observation of blood, urine, stool, fecal occult blood examination, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function, Demstrate that Danshen injection has non-toxic, side effects, it is safe, effective and reliable. Conclusion:Danshen and Ligustrazine injection are all showed eff icieny in the treatment of relive clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms in migraine. At the same time by the security tests of the drug toxic and side effects. The results showed that Danshen and Ligustrazine injection are all non-toxic, no side effects, safe and reliable.Danshen and Ligustrazine injection are safe and efficient to treat with migraine. It need to choose TCM drugs according the result of Differentiation in treating. |
