Objective:Investigate the curative effect of illues tube combined with Early enteral nutrition and dachengqi tang in early postoperative inflammatory small intestine obstruction, to provide basis for combined treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small intestine obstruction。Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, gather 35cases of early postoperative inflammatory small intestine obstruction from January 2004 to December 2009 in our hospital, and record their gender, age, the time of EPISBO occurring, modus operandi, past surgery times, the change of abdominal perimeter after gastrointestinal decompression 24 hours, the amount of gastrointestinal decompression of the first, second and third day, the beginning time of bowel sound, the relieving time of EPISBO, the disappearing time of EPISBO. All the patients accept conventional therapy, including gastrointestinal decompression, to correct water-electrolyte and acid-base balance and parenteral nutrition; directional drug treatment, including muscle injection with somatostatin and venous inflowing with adrenal cortex hormone. According to the different methods of gastrointestinal decompression and whether accepting early enteral nutrition and dachengqi tang, they are divide into west medicine group and combined Chinese and west medicine group. Treat these datum with statistical program and analysis the results, in order to find out the curative effects of illues tube combined with early little enteral nutrition and dachengqi tang in EPISBO。Results:1.The patients accepting the methods of gastrointestinal depression of illues tube, the change of abdominal perimeter is more obvious;2.The patients accepting the methods of gastrointestinal depression of illues tube, the quantity of gastrointestinal decompression of the first and second day is more;3. The patients accepting the methods of illues tube combined with early enteral nutrition and dachengqi tang, the time of bowel sound's returning and illues relieving and disappearing are shorten obviously.Conclusion:1.The illues tube can draw out the gas and effusion in gastrointestinal tract completely, and the effect of drainage is better than the nosagastric tube. The symptoms of abdominal pain and abdominal distension relieve more quickly.2.After complete gastrointestinal decompression, to supply little enteral nutrition and dachengqi tang early by illues tube can accelerate intestinal peristalsis, promote the occurring of diachoresis, shorten the disappearing time of illues.3.The curative effectsof the method of illues tube combined with early enteral nutrition and dachengqi tang in curing EPISBO is better than the west medicine therapy treatment.
