The Effect Of Abnormal Glu On Prognosis Of Patients With Ischemic Cerebral Vascular Disease

Objective: To investigate the effect of abnormal Glu on prognosis of patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD).Methods: we observed the degree of neurological deficits and neurologic function sore 3 month later in group of 79 ischemic cerebrovascular patients with abnormal Glu and control group of 68 patients with normal Glu randomly from Jan.2005 to Jan.2010 in our hospital.To confirm diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance in the patients with abnormal Glu, the OGGT test have been taken.The two group have been given enteric coated aspirin ,Ozaqrel and shuxutong and rehabilitation.The degree of neurological deficits and neurologic function sore 3 month later between two groups was compared.Result: The later recovery degree of paralysis in diabetics with ICVD is worse than the non-diabetic patients .Conclusion: Abnormal Glu is the important factor that influence the later recovery degree of the patient with ischemic cerebral vascular disease .
