In the course of the development of traditional Chinese medicine,teacher-to-doctor education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as a highly characteristic way of training talents,has played a great role in strengthening clinical competence,building academic schools and so on,and has made great contributions to the training of TCM talents.However,with the development of society,under the influence of factors such as the increasing demand for Chinese medicine talents,the prevalence of College-based education,and the imperfect system and policy,the status of traditional Chinese medicine teacher-based education has gradually declined,and it is no longer the mainstream way of training Chinese medicine talents.This paper is based on the background that modern college-based education is the mainstream form of traditional Chinese medicine education,and explores and studies the problems existing in the system of teacher-to-teacher education of traditional Chinese medicine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,it clarifies the concepts of TCM teacher-to-doctor education and TCM teacher-to-doctor education system,summarizes the brief history and current situation of TCM teacher-to-doctor education,and briefly describes the evolution of TCM teacher-to-doctor education system,summarizes the advantages and contemporary value of TCM teacher-to-doctor education,and explores the relationship between TCM teacher-to-doctor education system and TCM teacher-to-doctor education system.Then it explores the connotation of TCM teacher-acceptance education system,and studies and analyses the current system from the aspects of policy support,legal protection,examination,supervision and management,and coordination with modern institutionalized education,and finds out the problems to be solved.Finally,the paper analyses the construction direction of TCM teacher-to-teacher education system and the development trend of TCM teacher-to-teacher education,and puts forwardthe corresponding countermeasures to establish and improve TCM teacher-to-teacher education system combined with the construction direction of TCM teacher-to-teacher education system and the development trend of TCM teacher-to-teacher education.
