Study Of Corelation Between GLI-3/GLI-3R And Glioma's Malignancy

Objective:1.To detect the expression of GLI-3 in human glioma.2.To study the relationship between GLI-3/GLI-3R and glioma's malignancy.Methods:1.Collect the fresh glioma pathological specimens.2.By immunohistochemistry,detect the expression of GLI-3 in glioma pathological specimens.3.By western blot,analyze the the relationship between GLI-3/GLI-3R and glioma's malignancy.4.t test and correlation analysis were applied for statistical analysis.Results:1.GLI-3 was detected in all the gioma pathological specimens.2.GLI-3/GLI-3R had postitive correlation with the WHO grade of glioma and MIB-1.Conclusions:1.Gli-3,Gli-3R consisted in Hedgehog signal pathway.2.Gli-3/Gli-3R had positive relation with the Glioma's malignacy.3.As quantantive criteria,we could substitute Gli-3/Gli-3R for MIB-1 to evaulate the multiplication capacity of glioma.
