The Clinical Research On The Differential Treatment Of Depression By Xinyue Granule 1-5

Major depression is one of serious nervous illnesses which has high morbidity rate, high relapse rate, high disability rate, high suicide rate make bad infection on people's health. Therefore, finding an effective measure could benefit both the patients and the whole society. On the basis of the previous studies, this research adopts randomized, parallel, multicenter comparative study of large sample for comparison between XINYUE Granule 1-5 and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride, in order to supply warrants for TCM differential and individual treatment.Objective Observing the ratio of MD patients'sexes, ages, TCM syndrome types and the relationship between them and the 7 factors of HAMD scale. Looking into XINYUE Granule 1-5 ameliorating the grades of HAMD scale, 7 factors of HAMD, TCM syndrome type and its adverse drug reaction. Method Observing 300 MD patients,38 patients in probation,22 patients shed off,240 patients measure up to the given standard. All of the 240 patients are devided into two groups, one is experimental group including 190 patients which take XINYUE Granule 1-5 are sperating five TCM syndrome types:Liver qi stagnation 39 eases, liver depression and spleen defieieneies 33 cases, liver depression and phlegm obstraction 40 cases, defieieneies Of both the heartand spleen 36 cases, non-interaction Of heart and kidney 42 cases. Another is control group including 50 patients which take FH.Results 1. The amount of female MD patients are twice as male's(P<0.01), the Age-Prone is between 31 and 60 years old, non-interaction Of heart and kidney has the most patients in five TCM syndrome types.2. The clinical syndromes of Liver qi stagnation patients stress on the third factor and the fourth factor. The patients of liver depression and spleen defieieneies are emphasizing on the second and the fifth factor. The patients of liver depression and phlegm obstraction are prominenting On the fifth factor. Defieieneies Of both the heartand spleen patients are notable of the second factor. The patients of non-interaction Of heart and kidney are highlighting in the the third factor and the fourth factor.3. The clinical efficacy of XINYUE Granule 1-5 and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride(1) The clinical efficacy of HAMD scale:the experimental group clinical efficacy dominates in ratio of clinical control, remarkable progress, progress and has obvious difference constrasting with control group (P<0.01)(2) The clinical effect on 7 factors of HAMD scale:the experimental group clinical efficacy dominates in the second, third, fourth, sixth factors (P<0.01/0.05)(3) The clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome types:the experimental group clinical efficacy dominates in ratio of clinical recovery, markedly improvement, efficient and has obvious difference constrasting with control group (P<0.0.01)4. The experimental group has less adverse drug reaction than control group.
