Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of the yinchen wuling powder's increasing herbal medicine through colon dialysis machine to treat chronic for hepatitis b in order to elect the most effective way to treat chronic hepatitis b.Methods:Select chronic hepatitis b damp and hot accumulate spleen syndrome patients 60 cases,randomly divided into two groups, each group of each 30 cases. The control group treats such as using Chinese drugs by differentiation treatmentresult protect liver, and withdrew yellow, promote liver cell growth, comprehensive support treatment, the treatment group based on the yinchen wuling powder's increasing herbal medicine by the colon dialysis treatment retention enema.Treatment for four weeks, observing indexes including: biochemical index, TCM symptoms and syndromes.Results: The treatment group show 33.3% efficiency, the effective rate was 53.3%, the total effective rate was 86.7%; Control group significant efficiency 13.3%, the effective rate was 56.7%, the total effective rate was 70%, two groups have significant differences. The total effective rate of the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion: Yinchen wuling powder's increasing herbal medicine through colon dialysis to treat chronic for hepatitis b syndrome of dampness-heat stagnating in spleen can reduce clinical symptoms, improve biochemical index and clinical effect, which is worth clinical promoting and appliance.
