Clinical Study Of Shenjiang Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

ObjectTo observe clinical etherapeutic effect including relieving the angina's symtoms and improving electrocardiogram status and blood viscosity index including whole blood viscosity (200s-1) and plasma viscosity and medication safe , to explore the mechanism and to offer the scienticfic basis for the further application , shenjiang decoction cooperating with routine western medicine isosorbide dinitrate and enteric-coated aspirin , Low Molecular Heparin sodium , fluvastatin cure coronary heart disease angina pectoris and contrast with simple western medicine. All cases count for 64 . MethodsAll patients was from DongFeng Gen Hosp department of traditional Chinese medicine in shiyan city affiliated with YunYang medical college from March , 2004 to December, 2005. All the patients were collected and randomly divided into the treatment group ( 32cases ) and the comparison group ( 32 cases ) . All the patients ' clinical symptoms conform to diagnosis standard of the denomination and diagnostic code of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease was offered in 1979 from intemational Society of Cardiology and institute as well as world Health Organization clinical denomination standard association special topic group . And at the same time , conform to the earlier standard of traditional Chinese medicine ' s differentiation of symptoms and signs of coronary artery disease in 1980. All the patients was conform to the type of deficiency of Qi and stagnation of blood( signs including chest pain or chest distress , cardiopalmus , short breath , Lassitude , the complexion of gloom , pale purple tongue , thinness and unsmooth nervure , etc . All the patients' sex and age and course of disease and clinical situation and so on all possess comparability(P>0.05) in the treatment group and the comparison group . All the patients of the two groups were all take pills of isosoribide dinitrate 10 mg three times everyday ; enteric-coated aspirin 100 mg everyday ; fluvastatin 40mg , everyevening ; Low Molecular Heparin sodium 5000u,hypodermical injection for one week for unstable angina pectoris with routine;Patients complicating high blood pressure and diabetes maintain original depressurization and lowering sugar western medicine treatment. The patients of the treatment group took shenjiang decoction ( drugs including danshen 20 g, jiangxiang 12g, shuizhi 3g, honghua 12 g, sumu 12 g, xiangfu 12 g, xuchangqing 15g . The patients of high blood pressure considering adding tianma 10 g,shijueming 15 g, chuanxiong 10g, juhua 12g ; The patients of diabetes considering adding tianhuafen 15g, shengdihuang 12g, gegen 12g, shihu 12g, huanglian 6g), one agent per day , water decocted for twice , 200 ml or so everytime , warm —taken decoction .The courses of treatment of both groups lasted four weeks during the course .We can observe clinical etherapeutic effect including relieving the angina's symtoms and improving electrocardiogram status and blood viscosity indexs .
