Objective:The purposes of this experiment were to analysis the change of TRAb and TSH in Graves disease, thus study the effects of TRAb levels to TSH levels.Provide reference for clinical in diagnosis and treatment of Graves Disease. Methods:According to the Guide of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in China in 2008, There were 100 cases clinical definite Graves disease who were selected from visits in January2008 - January 2009 at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Department of Endocrinology, of newly diagnosed patients not receiving treatment .( 33 cases were male, 67 cases were female; male to female ratio was l: 2.03; age range of 15 to 75 years old). The levels of three thyroid function (FT3, FT4, hTSH), and TRAb of every cases were determined and the correlation were analyzed. The cases of Graves disease respectively in the first 6 months and 12 months re-examined of three thyroid function (FT3, FT4, TSH), and TRAb levels after standard treatment of methimazole (anti thyroid drug, ATD) and analyze the correlation. A total of 90 patients were completed re-examination and the remaining 10 due to surgery or 131I therapy use, unable to complete course of treatment or referral of complicated by other diseases and the exclusion of other reasons.Determination by ECLIA immunoassay, serum thyroid function of which three FT3, FT4, TSH was measured using immunoassay hospital room(BECKMAN COULTER ACCESS2) chemiluminescence analyzer and related kits; TRAB was send to JINYU,the center field of Medical Laboratory determination, ECLIA reagent analyzers and TRAb determination Box provided by the ROCHE.Results:1,TRAB-positive patients of Graves before treatment was 97%,after 6 months treatment, the positive rate of 68% ,after 12 months the positive rate of 34%. TRAb values before and after treatment were significantly different (p all <0.05).2,Pretreatment serum TSH and TRAB, FT3, FT4 showed a negative correlation, TSH and TRAb correlation of -0.400,in the p <0.01 level was significantly negatively correlated. However,by the FT3, FT4 for the control variables, TRAb calculated partial correlation withTSH, the result is -0.148, p = 0.167> 0.01. This show that the effects of other variables in the elimination of TRAb with TSH under the conditions of no significant correlation.3,After 6 months treatment, serum TSH and TRAB, FT4 showed a negative correlation, TSH and TRAb partial correlation was significantly negative.( -0.430,p〈0.01〉.4,After 12 months of treatment serum TSH and TRAB, FT3, FT4 showed a negative correlation, TSH and TRAb partial correlation was significantly negative(-0.553,p〈0.01〉.Conclusions:1,TRAB in Graves patients before treatment, the positive rate was 97%, TRAB is an important indicator of the diagnosis of Graves disease. TRAb levels before and after treatment were significantly different. 2,Graves disease patients befor treated ,TSH levels with FT4 associated the best .In the elimination of FT3,FT4 variables affect the conditions of TRAb with TSH had no significant partial correlation. 3,Graves disease after 6 months and 12 months treated the TRAB level and TSH level there were significant negative correlation, TRAB significant inhibitory effect on TSH, which is important for clinical follow-up treatment... |
