The Clinical Study Of PenYanFang For Oral Administration United GuanChangFang Retention Enema Treatment Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (CPID) With Damp Heat And Blood Stasis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and security of PenYanFang for oral administration united GuanChangFang retention enema on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID)with damp heat and blood stasis. Methods: We selected 60 patients suffering from CPID and devided them randomly into experimental group(30 cases,treated with PenYanFang for oral administration united GuanChangFang retention enema) and contrast group(30cases,treated with Fukejing Capsule for oral administration united Kangfuxiaoyan suppository by rectal administration). After treatment, the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms score, local physical sign and the changes in the hemorheology , the level of IL-2,TNF-αwere observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate is 93.33% in the experimental group, while it is 66.66% in the contrast group, there is significant difference between them (P<0.01). By means of improving traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the curative rate in the experimental group is 93.33% and 76.66% in the contrast group. Analyzed with statistic method, they are significantly different (P<0.01). The experimental group excelled the contrast group in improving part of the indexes of hemorheology and the level of IL-2, TNF-α(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions: PenYanFang for oral administration and GuanChangFang retention enema have a good effect in the treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID) with damp heat and blood stasis. It is worth further study and clinic application.
