Clinical Observation Of Manpenxiaoyan Decoction Combined With Enema In The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases Of Damp Heat And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:This topic aims to observe the clinical efficacy of manpen Xiaoyan decoction combined with enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis type,which is the experience of director Li Lingzhi,in order to provide an effective scheme for clinical treatment of this disease and improve the cure rate.method:In this study,we selected the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis type from December 2020 to December 2021 in the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of traditional Chinese medicine.After screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria,70 patients who met the requirements were collected;The control group was given Kangfuyan capsule orally,1.2g,three times a day,starting from the third day after menstruation.It was taken continuously for 20 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment;The observation group was treated with manpen Xiaoyan decoction combined with enema on the third day after menstruation.Traditional Chinese medicine was orally taken for 20 days as a course of treatment,enema once every other day,and 10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment;After treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,local sign score,comprehensive score,VAS score and pelvic effusion before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.result:In this experiment,70 cases were included,66 cases were completed,1 case fell off in the control group,1 case was eliminated,and 2 cases fell off in the treatment group.There were no adverse reactions and allergies during the treatment.Then 33 cases were included in each group,and the loss rate was 5.7%.1 Comparison of general data: there was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group;2 Baseline comparison of curative effect: there was no significant difference in single symptom,TCM syndrome score,local sign score,VAS score,pelvic effusion and comprehensive score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group,which was comparable;3 Comparison of comprehensive curative effects: after treatment,21 cases(63.6%),9cases(27.3%),3 cases(9.1%)were significantly effective in the treatment group,11 cases(33.3%),17 cases(51.5%),and 5 cases(15.2%)were ineffective in the control group.There was a difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;4 Comparison of curative effects in each group: after 3 cycles of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and local signs in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups can improve TCM syndromes and local signs;However,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in reducing local signs(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar curative effects in treating local signs;The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspects of TCM syndrome,VAS score,lower abdominal distention and pain,lumbosacral pain and abnormal band(P < 0.05);Before and after treatment,pelvic effusion in both groups decreased significantly(P < 0.05),indicating that both groups can improve pelvic effusion,and the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05)..Conclusion:1 The overall clinical efficacy of Manpen Xiaoyan Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of damp-heat stasis type SPID is better than that of oral Kangfuyan capsules.2 Manpen Xiaoyan Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of SPID with damp-heat stasis type is superior to oral Kangfuyan capsule in TCM syndromes;local signs are improved,but there is no difference compared with oral Kangfuyan capsule.3 Manpen Xiaoyan Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of SPID with damp-heat stasis type is better than oral Kangfuyan Capsule in improving VAS score.4 Manpen Xiaoyan Decoction combined with enema in the treatment of damp-heat stasis type SPID is better than oral Kangfuyan capsule in improving pelvic effusion.
