| Postpartum hemorrhage is the vaginal bleeding more than 500ml after the parturition of fetus within 24 hours. It is a serious complication during delivery, maternal causes of death in the first four. Cause of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in the most common, accounting for 70% of the total number to 80%. Therefore, strengthening the contractions and shortening the time of the third stage of labor is the quickest and most effective method to prevent and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.Acupuncture has been a common means followed the ancient physicians, and clinical efficacious in ancient Chinese medicine has a rich record. The last decade, many scholars using different acupuncture skills to influence the third stage of labor and postpartum bleeding. There are 3 advantages comparing to western medicine. Firstly, it is easy to operate without special treatment; secondly, there is low incidence of side effects to pregnant women after operation; thirdly, it is cheaper than other means and easy to be accepted by patients. Therefore, it respected by many scholars as well as expected to be routine treatment.Object ive:The subject aims at observing the length of time of the third stage labor, measuring the amount of 2 hours,24 hours of delivery and prenatal and postpartum hemorrhage 24 hours HGB, HCT, and other related indicators contrast, comprehensive assessment of various point injection on the role of prevention of postpartum hemorrhage to the point injection oxytocin to shorten the third stage, the effectiveness of the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage to provide some clinical evidence.Methods:Full-term vaginal delivery primiparas in Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital in July 2010~April 2011 as the object of study. The use of pre-study information collection form to collect relevant information, pregnant women who meet the standards were randomly divided into three groups names Hegu group, Sanyinjiao group, Conventional intramuscular injection group. Immediately after the baby is delivered off the umbilical Hegu, Sanyinjiao, buttocks oxytocin injection 20μ. Statistics the placental expulsion time without intervention, then measure the bleeding volume through weighing within 2 hours and 24 hours. Compared to 24 hours of pre-partum and postpartum blood analysis HGB, HCT, RBC differences related indicators.Results:1. The third stage of labor time:Conventional intramuscular injection group were compared with Hegu group, Sanyinjiao group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Hegu group was compared with Sanyinjiao group, no significant difference (P>0.05).2.2 hours and 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage:Conventional intramuscular injection group were compared with Hegu group, Sanyinjiao group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Hegu group and Sanyinjiao group was significantly less than the normal amount of 24 hours of delivery bleeding IM group, Hegu group Sanyinjiao group, no significant difference (P>0.05).3.24 hours of pre-partum and postpartum blood analysis of relevant indicators:three groups of relevant indicators of Prenatal blood analysis compared the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), among the three groups for further pairwise comparisons were not statistically significant (P>0.05); the conventional group were injected with Hegu, Sanyinjiao group of 24 hours after delivery the blood analysis of HGB, HCT, RBC comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), Hegu group and Sanyinjiao group, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Compared the group Hegu, Sanyinjiao to the Conventional intramuscular injection of oxytocin, it is more effectively shorten the third stage of labor time to preventing and reducing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.2. Hegu, Sanyinjiao injection of oxytocin can reduce postpartum bleeding more effectively than the Conventional intramuscular injection. |
