The Clinical Applied Research With LingGuiBafa Time Acupuncture In Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

PurposeTo observe on the therapeutic effect of primary dysmenorrhea treated by the LingGuiBaFa method(the EightMethods of Intelligent Turtle)。To probe into theory of the EightMethods of Intelligent Turtle treating for diseases linked with the cycles of time and practice basis。Methods60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea patients were collected from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine College campus and sanyuanli in campus, acupuncture and gynecological clinic. Sixty Patients were randomly divided into three groups (the LingGuiBaFa method,the routine acupuncture method and Special curative effect method), each group with 20 patients。LingGuiBaFa group was treated by the LingGuiBaFa acupuncture method and the routine acupuncture method of selecting points according to the pattern identification。The control group gives ordinary acupuncture treatments. Special curative effect method was only treated by the LingGuiBaFa acupuncture method.Three groups started treatment before seven days of menstrual period every other day for 1 times, ending the first day of menstrual period. Continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles and were followed up for three months.
