The main postions are Tou wei ST8,taiyang EX-HN5, shuaigu GB8, fengchi GB20. Tthe treatment group treats the patients by using Eight methods of Intelligent Turtle. The postions are divided into four groups①gongsun SP4, neiguan PC6②shenmai BL62, houxi SI3③zulinqi GB41,waiguan SJ5④lieque LU7, zhaohai KI6. one of them is used each time.(Flowing and ZIWULIUZHU YU LINGGUIBAFA LIN CHUANGYINGYONG PA are used at the same time.)Positions are chosen according to the timing that the patient come and it is calculated by the relationship of patients, couples, lovers and main customers as well.Syndrome differentiation is used in the control group.The method is referred to the acupuncture method①yangfu GB38, taichong LR3, xuanlu GB5are used in upper hyperactivity of liver yang②zhongwan RN12, fenglong ST40, yinlingquan SP9are used in Phlegm turbidity③xuehai SP10, sanyinjiao SP6, ashi point are used in syndrome of static blood blocking collaterals④shenshu BL23,taixi KI3, xuanzhong GB39are used in yin deficiency of liver and kidney⑤qihai RN6, pishu BL20, zusanli ST36are used n deficiency of qi and blood.Positions of supine, side or seat is used according to the particular situation of patients.. We use75%alcohol to sterilize and25mm and40mm needles to acupuncture on different particular positions. One-hand quick needle method is used to put into the needle. Using the Line twisting tactics to deqi. Finally, we connect the EA machine with continuous density wave.The frequency is50/100HZ and the strength is adjusted to the level that the patient can tolerate.The needle can be put out after thirty mins. There are two treatment period in total. Seven treatments is one treatment period while one Treatment should be done once in two days.ResultP>0.05shows that there is no statistic difference between two groups and it can be compared according to the genius, ages, course of disease and syndrome type.The comparison of treatment between two groups are as follows,14cases have healed,9cases improved obviously while5cases improved a little bit and2cases have no efficacy at all in the treatment group. The rate that can be recovered is46.7%while the rate than have been improved is76.7%. The efficacy in total is93.3%. Meanwhile,5cases are healed, obvious improvments are found in8cases, improvements are found in10cases, no efficacy is found in7cases.The rate of healing is16.7%while the obvious improvements is43.3%. The rate of efficacy is76.7%.. After comparison of two groups, z=2.93, P=0.00<O.05is found according to the analyze of Ridit. The treatment of treatment group is better than control group.The change of the headache index, comparison of two groups,the index of migraine before and after treatment in both groups decrease. p<0.05is found after the treatment. It shows that there is obvious difference before and after the treatment. Two method that treat migraine can lessen the pain of illness and can decrease the number of breaking out. The migraine index after the treatment in a month is p<0.05. Satistic difference can be found between groups which said the efficacy of treatment group is better than control group.Conclus ion1.The migraine index of both groups decrease after the treatment. Two treatments can lessen the pain and lessen the number of breakouts. The efficacy o f treating migraine index is better which said the treatment group can improve the situation of migraine in a better way2. It regards the importance of Eight methods of Intelligent Turtle and it can be used in practical field.
