Curative Effect Observation Of Tinea Pedis Treated By Xianglian Series

Objective:To observe clinical and mycological curative effect of Xianglian Series in the treatment of tinea pedis, and preliminarily explore the mechanism.Methods:Divide 60 patients of tinea pedis into two groups randomly, there were 30 patients in test group, and 30 patients in control group. Give the test group Xianglian lotion to soak and Xianglian ointment to smear, the control group was given terbinafine hydrochloride cream to smear on the rash. Observe the clinical and mycological curative effect after four weeks.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate in test group was 83.3%, and 76.7% in control group. The fungus clearance in test group was 93.3%, and 90.0% in control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The overall efficacy index in test group were 87.7%, which were 72.6% in control group. The differences between the test group and the control group were significant in statistics (P<0.05), that hint the clinical curative effect of the test group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Xianglian Series is effective in the treatment of tinea pedis. The curative effect of Xianglian Series in the treatment of tinea pedis is better than only use terbinafine hydrochloride cream to smear on the rash. There are no significant side effects in the treatment of tinea pedis. Furthermore, the safety and tolerability of Xianglian Series is proved in the treatment. So the Xianglian Series is worth popularizing and applying.
