Curative Effect Observation Of The Type Of Scale Of Tinea Pedis Treated By Chinese Medicine Washing Add Baixuan Xiatare Table

Objective:By observing and comparing the test group and control group A(washing),control group B(Baixuan Xiatare table)clinical curative effect,for the treatment of tinea papule type scales for traditional Chinese medicine massage feet joint ringworm and hot tower pieces in clinical practice and to assess the efficacy and safety of tinea papule type scales,tinea papule type scales,provide A new safe,effective and economic method of treatment.Methods:All the cases involved in the study were from 91 cases of papular scaly athlete’ s foot who visited the department of dermatology of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of Chinese medicine from 2017 to 2018.The patients were divided into three groups:treatment group,control group A and control group b.there were 32 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group A,and 29 cases in the control group B.Basical testing:three groups use tbnf Cream twice a day.(Description:The test group and control group A were used after the affected area was dried and cleaned.)The test grouP:soak the affected part with traditional Chinese medicine lotion at the appropriate temperature,2 times a day,30min each time.Oral Baixuan Xiatare tablet 0.9g tid.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the medicine was stopped after 4 weeks.Objective scoring and fungal microscopic examination were given according to skin lesions and symptoms.after withdrawal for 1 month,the patient was reexamined,and objective scoring and fungal microscopic examination were given again.The control group A:Patients soak their feet into the Chinese medicine washing liquid 30min ench time,twice a day,for four weeks.Objective scoring and fungal microscopic examination were given according to skin lesions and symptoms.after withdrawal for 1 month,the patient was reexamined,and objective scoring and fungal microscopic examination were given again.The control group B:Patients received Baixuan Xiatare table 0.9g po tid,for a course of four weeks.Objective scoring and fungal microscopic examination were given according to skin lesions and symptoms.after withdrawal for 1 month,the patient was reexamined,and objective scoring and fungal microscopic examination were given again.Results:The more significant rate of control group A was 76.7%,while that of control group B was 75.9%.The comparison of rank test showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).The removal rate of fungi in the two groups was 93.3%and 93.1%,with no significant difference.The more significance rate of 90.6%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the two control groups(P<0.05).The fungal clearance rate was 96.9%,no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The test group(Chinese medicine foot massage+Baixuan Xiatare table)and the two groups of control group are effective programs for the treatment of papule scaly tinea pedis.2.The clinical efficacy of the test group(Chinese medicine foot massage+Baixuan Xiatare table)was better than pure foot massage or oral medication,and there was no difference in mycelial efficacy and recurrence rate.3.The test group(traditional Chinese medicine foot massage+psoriasis xatahot tablets)was safe and effective,with low recurrence rate,and worthy of promotion.
