Preoperative EST Compared With Intraoperative EST For Patients With Gallstones

1.Objective:To analyze and compare the merits and faults of Preoperative EST and intraoperative EST.2.Methods:Post-hoc analysis patients with gallstones, gaven Preoperative EST or intraoperative EST, both for 30cases, they are collected from Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital 2009-2011. To compare their clinical symptom.lab test result, and complications.3.Results:All the patients of two groups are cured to discharge from hospital. The cases of abdominal pain, hyperamylasemia in intraoperative group is less than the Preoperative group(P<0.05); The intraoperative group has a shorter hospital stay(P>0.05); the cases of fever, haemorrhage, pancreatitis, residual of stones are less than the Preoperative group (P>0.05); The cases of WBC increasing are higher than the Preoperative group (P>0.05); The cases of TBIL.GGT decreasing are less than the Preoperative group (P>0.05),4.Conclusion:the intraoperative group has a lower clinical symptom, complications, and a shorter hospital stay.
