Objective: Cholelithiasis is a common and frequently encountered disease, It is prerequisite to treat the cholelithiasis that accurate diagnose. Recently, there are great development in diagnostic technique of Cholelithiasis, many advanced technology have been applied to Cholelithiasis diagnose, which made the diagnose more quickly and accurately. These advanced technology include the beginning of oral cholecystography to ultrasound,computed tomography,magnetic resonance and radionuclide imaging. Ultrasound has been extensive application because of simple economy and well repeatability, But the ultrasonic diagnostics has been easily influence. The development direction of ultrasonic diagnostics in cholelithiasis typing will be quantitate sonogram and reduce subjective effect. Integral Backscatter is a new quantitative method, the study was designed to evaluate relationship between IBS classification gallstones and chemical composition in vitro.Methods: 60 gallstones were divided into two patterns (cholesterol and pigment), which is according to analyzed qualitatively main chemical composition of every stone by infrared spectrum, measures gallstones IBS in vitro.Results: The stones appear dense half-moon- echogenic band with a acoustic shadow gradually in 26 of 60 stones(cholesterol ,23 cases; pigment,3 cases). The stones appear dense narrow-band with a well-defined acoustic shadow in 23 of 60(cholesterol ,21 cases; pigment,2 cases).11 performances is a strong echo echogenic mass with a acoustic shadow, but the boundary of stone and a sound shadow is indistinct, and have no...
