Myopia means eyes can recognize the aim in distance (5 meters above) is lower than in common, but in near is normal,it leads by ametropia. In recent years,the rate of teenager′s myopia is increasing year by year. Recently,juvenile myopia study suggests that the formation of juvenile myopia is not one single factor but rather the result of various factors. One of the genetic factors is that myopia caused more generally. Another one, living environment,as the poor health conditions,or engaged in long and intense as the recent operations,can easily lead to myopia. In addition, these two reasons,there are scholars believe that the lack of physical exercise are also important causes of myopia. Recent study on myopia is lack of intervention,especially exercise as a major intervention,can prevent and treat myopia requires further study.Objective:To investigate the rate of myopia of young people in Nanchang to analyze the main factors in juvenile myopia. Through the intervention study,to explore the visual impact on young people the situation.The study methods:1. Questionnaire:To random Nanchang Bayi middle school,Xianghu experimental school, Nanchang 18 middle school,Nanchang Normal Primary,North-city school and Nanchang Iron middle school.2. Experimental method:Promulgated by the Ministry of Health to implement the national regulations in our country to use the "E" shape international standard logarithmic visual acuity chart box,in the sunny lit cases,subjects with uncorrected visual acuity of vision for distance 5 meters seized. The experiment is divided into four groups : the experimental myopia group of students,myopia control group of students,normal eyesight of students in the experimental group and control group with normal eyesight. To choose 30 students from badminton,table tennis training team whit myopia and normal eyesight in Nanchang Bayi middle school,Xianghu experimental school, Nanchang 18 middle school,Nanchang Normal Primary,North-city school and Nanchang Iron middle school. Normal vision students are used as the experimental group and students in the experimental group myopia,the students who do not participate in sports teams from the ordinary students randomly selected students with normal eyesight, and all 30 are students as a control group with normal eyesight and myopia students in the control group. All students to participate in the experiment result of visual inspection and record of the experiment during the experiment the students to participate in periodic health education about eye protection,to avoid other factors that affect the results. The experimental group given a certain amount per week sports pump power,the control group and experimental group other conditions being equal, a year after re-testing 4 students of the eyesight group,and for comparison.The results:1. Survey results shows that the overall current Nanchang juvenile myopia prevalence is 41.7%. Mild myopia rate is 44.1%. Moderate myopia rate is 39.6%. Severe myopia rate is 16.4%.2. Prevalence of myopia is 29.5% primary school,junior high myopia rate is 46.1%,62.1% high school myopia. The difference is significant between the three. (χ2=44.871,P=0.000)3. Myopia prevalence is 38.7% male and female prevalence of myopia is 45.6%. The difference is significant between the two. (χ2=4.748,P=0.029).4. Myopia control group students in the experimental group and improvement in visual acuity significantly different. (χ2=6.667,P=0.010)Myopia control group students in the experimental group and no change in visual acuity is no significant difference. (χ2=1. 086,P=0.297)Myopic students in the experimental group and control group are significantly different between eyesight low. (χ2=6. 696,P=0.010)Students with normal eyesight experimental group and control group the improvement in visual acuity is no significant difference. (χ2=1.017,P=0.313)Students with normal eyesight in the experimental group and control group the same visual acuity is no significant difference. (χ2=5. 711,P=0.017) Students with normal vision in the experimental group and control the group is significantly different between eyesight low. (χ2=7. 177,P=0.007)Conclusion:1. Currently,prevalence rate of juvenile myopia is still high,currently, prevalence rate of juvenile myopia is still high,yet,the prevalence is in a gender difference. With the rise of school-age section of myopia prevalence and severity also are on the rise.2. At present the main factors affecting juvenile myopia are genetic factors, working time and sports.3. According to sports we can prevent from juvenile myopia to a certain extent.4. According to sports we can improve the degree of juvenile myopia to a certain extent.
