The total effective rate was 96.43%. Before and after treatment with the cardinal symptoms and minor symptoms scores were significant difference (P< 0.01). The investigation of the relative factors and the clinical effect shows that the effects have significant relationship with the age, stage of the illness, and patient's state.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of HanNing blood stasis syndrome Primary dysmenorrhea disease with modifying the wen jing tang is significant, which can obviously improve the patients'signs and symptoms.The prospective afficacy is aspecially outstanding, this therapeutic method achieves the purpose of threatment and consolidation effect. According to CTM theory, by Chinese traditional treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is effective and safe.
