Clinical Research On Effect Of Treating The Limb Spasticity Caused By Cerebral Apoplexy Using "Nourishing The Liver To Stop The Spasticity"

[Object](1) To observe the clinical effect on treating the limbs spasticity after cerebral apoplexy by the way of "Nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity" (2) Compare the effect difference between "Nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity" and "Traditional acupuncture treatment"[Methods]The research used the random contrast and single-blinded test.180 patients with limp spasticity after cerebral apoplexy were divided into two groups on the random: the control group and the treatment group. Every group has 90 patients. The control group was given the traditional acupuncture treatment, and the treatment group was given the methods of "Nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity". The course is 40 days; between every one week have two days to take a rest. Then give the evaluations at the end of the course.[Result](1) Spasm degree:Both of the groups can improve the spasm, the difference has statistical significance (P＜0.05). therapeutic group surpasses the comparison group.(2) Clinical neural function:Both of the groups can improve the clinical neural function, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). therapeutic group surpasses the comparison group.(3) Ordinary living ability:Both of the groups can improve ordinary living ability, respectively with significant differences from that in control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The methods of "Nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity" combined the facilitation technique can effectively alleviate the limb spasticity of patients after apoplexy, which is convenient and safe effective treatment. It is worth further research and the clinical promoted application.
