Yigan Zhijing Needle With Modern Rehabilitation Practices Limb Spasticity In The Treatment Of Stroke Clinical Research

【Object】To observe the therapeutic efficacy by the numbers in treating the limb spasticity in hemiplegic patients after acute windstroke by the way of "nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity" combined the morden recuperation methods.【Methods】:Hhe research used the random contrast and single-blinded test.The disease diagnosis standard is reference to the new windstroke standards put forword by the textbook.60 patients with limp spasticity in hemiplegia were divided into two groups on the random:the comparison group and the therapeutic group.Every group has 30 patients.The comparison group was given the traditional treatment of Yangming meridian,and the therapeutic group was given the methods of nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity.One course is 10 days,between every two courses have two days to take a rest.Then give the evaluations after 1,2,3months.【Result】After the study,we found that the therapeutic group could improve the spasm,the movement function,the ordinary living ability,the score of Clinical Nerve Function limitiation Score,compared the comparison group,the difference is distinct(P＜0.01～0.05).【Conclusion】:The methods of "nourishing the liver to stop the spasticity"combined the morden recuperation can effectively alleviate the limb spasticity of hemplegia patients after windstroke,which shows the new cooperation of TCM and Western Medicine path for treating this disease,is convenient and safe effective treatment.It is worth further research and the clinical promoted application.
