Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Therapy After Stroke Dysarthria Clinical Research

[Object] To observe the clinical effect on treating the dysarthria in hemiplegic patients after cerebral apoplexy by the way of acupuncture combined the language training. Compare the effect difference among the following groups:acupuncture treatment combined the language training,acupuncture treatment and language training. Analyzing the result, weather the effect of the combined group surpasses the comparison group.[Methods] This study adopts, randomized, controlled single-blind clinical trial methods. Will after stroke type dysarthria athletic spasm qualified participants were randomly divided into acupuncture group, speech training, acupuncture combined with words, were given acupuncture, speed-training speech training and acupuncture combined with subjects speech training treatment:the acupuncture treatment combined the language training group,the acupuncture treatment group and the language training group, these three groups were given the traditional acupuncture and language training and the treatment group was given the methods of acupuncture treatment combined the language training. The course is 1 months. According to the Clinical symptoms and Rating scale of Frenchay, then compare the effect difference with these there groups.[Result] 1,The clinical effect of therapeutic group(acupuncture treatment combined the language training) surpasses the comparison group (P<0.05).2,The duration of disease may affect the clinical effect, which has statistical significance (P<0.05). The patients can get a better result if we start therapy in 2 weeks after cerebral apoplexy, secondly is the patients who suffered the disease in 1 month.3,After 10 day's therapy, comparing with the difference of the three groups, there is no statistical significance(P >0.05). But after 20 day's treatment,the therapeutic group(acupuncture treatment combined the language training)shows its superiority on the clinical effect (P<0.05). Moreover, the notable superiority last to the end of the course.4,The research shows the clinical effect has no statistical significance (P>0.05), between the patients of Cerebral hemorrhage and Infarction.[Conclusion] Acupuncture combined treatment of stroke constitutive sound training after spasm type dysarthria better therapeutic acupuncture or compose sound training single treatment effect, it was a simple and easy, safe and effective treatment technology, positive applied to clinical cure for clinical application, discusses a new way of combination of Chinese and western medicine, deserves further study and clinical application.
