Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Dysarthria After Stroke

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on dysarthria after stroke and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Object and method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients with post-stroke dysarrhythmia who were hospitalized in the First Department of Naokang,Liaoning Rehabilitation Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was mainly treated with basic medical treatment and speech rehabilitation training,while the experimental group was combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Acupuncture was performed on Lianquan,Jialianquan,Jinjin,Yuye,2/5 section of the anterior oblique line of the top and temporal front and other acupoints(lines)as the main points.Acupuncture was performed once a day,5 days a week,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The improved Frenchay Dysarrhythmia Rating Scale and speech function rating were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the test data,P<0.05 indicates a statistical difference.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the total score,various scores and speech function scores of the modified Frenchay Arrhythmia Rating Scale between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,scores of the modified Frenchay Dysarthria Rating Scale were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the function of each item was improved in both groups after treatment.After treatment,the scores of each item in the two groups were compared,among which the lip and jaw were improved but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the improvement degree of lip and jaw function was not obvious in the two groups;The scores of reflexes,respiration,palate,throat,tongue and speech were statistically different(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement degree of reflex,respiration,palate,throat,tongue and speech in experimental group was better than that in control group.3.After treatment,the total score of Frenchay Dysarthria Rating Scale and the score of speech function in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),it suggested that the degree of arthritic injury and speech function were improved in the two groups.The improvement degree and curative effect of experimental group were better than that of control group.4.After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with speech rehabilitation training and speech rehabilitation training alone can improve the arthritic function of patients with dysarthria after stroke;2.Acupuncture therapy combined with speech rehabilitation training improved the arthritic function of patients with stroke better than speech rehabilitation training alone.
