Objective:To evaluate the relationship between the level of serum uricand the degree of coronary artery stenosis of coronary atherosclerosis.Materials and Methods:A total of coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease in 230 patients and 40 healthy patients, coronary artery disease degree count with coronary artery disease and Gensini, integral representation of the relationship between serum uric acid and factors age, sex, blood lipid levels with coronary artery disease.Results:1.From Table 1, Table 2 can be drawn, The number of coronary vessel disease group variables, serum uric acid, lipids were rank sum test,The results showed:the number of coronary artery disease was positively correlated with UA, and HDL-C was a negative correlation of coronary artery. Coronary artery single-vessel disease, double vessel disease, triple and multi-vessel disease group TC, TG, LDL-C difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).2.From Table3 can be drawn, Gensini integral to coronary artery disease as the dependent variable, uric acid, blood lipids as independent variables spearman correlation analysis,The results showed:the Gensini score of coronary artery disease was positively correlated with UA, correlated with HDL-C was negatively, correlated with TC, TG, LDL-C was no obvious correlation.3.From Table4 can be drawn, logistic regression analysis of single factor with coronary heart disease, High uric acid and age, gender (0=female,1=male), high TC, high TG, high LDL-C, low HDL-C as independent variables, the severity of coronary artery disease as dependent variable, regression line order Lgoistic Analysis,The results showed:High uric acid and age, sex, Hypercholesterolemia, Hypertriglyceridemia, High-density lipoprotein hyperlipidemia, low high-density lipoprotein Hypertriglyceridemia is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.Conclusion:1.High uric acid is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.2. Serum uric acid level and coronary artery disease is closely related to serum uric acid routine examination and screening for early detection of patients at high risk of cardiovascular disease provide a basis.
