| Objective:Through studying the pharmacodynamic action of Naoluoshuning(NLSN) capsule in treating hyperlipidemia (HLP), evaluate NLSN's therapeutic effect of anti hyperlipidemia, and move forward a single step to investigate the mechanism of NLSN in treating AS.Methods:â‘ 48 healthy rats were divided into 6 groups, the blank group administrated with standard feedstuff, the other 5 groups establish the model of hyperlipoidemia by combination method. Observated the common state during the experimental session, after 5 weeks determined the serum level of TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C, ApoA I, ApoB100,SOD and MDA.â‘¡36 healthy rabbits were divided into 6 groups at random, the blank group administrated with standard feedstuff, the other 5 groups establish the model of hyperlipoidemia by gavage the fat emulsion. Observated the common state during the experimental session, after 8 weeks determined the serum level of TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C, ApoA I, ApoB100,SOD and MDA. At the end of experiment, the whole aorta of rabbits were solated and stained with "HE", and the atherosclerotic plaques on which were detected.â‘¢48 healthy rats were divided into 6 groups, the blank group administrated with standard feedstuff, the other 5 groups establish the model of deficiency of Liver-kidney by combination method. After 3 weeks determined the serum level of TC, TG, HDL, LDL-C. Statistical analysis was carried out by using the SPSS statistical package (version 13.0).Results:The serum levels of TC and LDL-C in models were significantly increased after the fat emulsion was given, while the TC and LDL-C elevation of NLSN capsule treated groups were reduced. The formation of atherosclerotic plaques in rabbits'aorta was restrained after NLSN capsule administration.Conclusions:NLSN,which has some preventive and therapeutic effect to HLP, has the pharmacologic action of tonifying Qi, promoting blood flow, dissolve muddy and promote the circulation of Blood. The possible mechanism of NLSN in treating HLP is that NLSN can improve the metabolism of lipide such as decreasing the level of TC, LD, ApoB100, increasing HDL, ApoA I, raising the ratio of HDL/TC, HDL/LDL, increasing ApoA I/ApoB100 notably in the blood, inhibit the formation of foam cells and artery atheromatous plaque, improve the dysbolism of oxygen free radical, strengthen the anti-oxidated capability of the organism such as increasing the level of SOD, decreasing the level of MDA in plasma. |
