Significance Of Plasma Hs-CRP Level In Diastolic Heart Failure And Intervention Effect Of Qiliqiangxin Papsule

Objective:To observe the changes of plasma hs-CRP level and intervention effect of qiliqiangxin capsule on patians with diastolic heart failure. To analyze the relationship between the plasma level of hs-CRP and cardic function, then provide molecular biology mechanism of qiliqiangxin capsule.Methods:Seventy DHF patients were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were given routine western medicines such as diuretics, vasodilators, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), beta-receptor blocker and calcium antagonists. Besaides this,group I (n=35) received qiliqiangxin capsule, and group II (n =35) received placebo additionally. The treatment lasted 12 months. The total therapeutic effect, Chinese medicine syndrome scoring, cardiac function classification, walking distance within 6 minutes and the plasma level of NT-proBNP hs-CRP were evaluated, the safety indexes(including routine test of blood,urine,and stool,ECG,ALT,BUN,Cr) were monitored;The recurrence rate, mortality rate and adverse reaction were observed in the two groups after treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect in group I (85.71%)was better than that in group 11(71.43%) (P<0.05).The Chinese medicine syndrome scoring, cardiac function classification, walking distance within 6 minute and the plasma level of NT-proBNP were improved significantly in the two groups(P<0.05),and group I was better than that in group II (P<0.05). The level of hs-CRP reduced significantly in group I (P<0.05),and according to the analysis, There was a positive relationship between NT-proBNP, cardie function and hs-CRP (r=0.71,0.48, P<0.05). The differences of the recurrence rate and mortality rate between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). During treatment, one patient had gastro-intestinal side effect in group I,one patient had skin rash in groupâ…¡, and no adverse reaction was found in other patients.Conclusion:Qiliqiangxin capsule has certain effects for DHF.Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,cardiac diastolic function, life quality were obviously improved and there were no adverse effects existed. Therefore,the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in treating DHF was satisfied.
